Al-Hillal Al-Motaheda General Contracting is an Iraqi contractor that has worked in Basra since 2006 for the public and private sectors.
Al-Hillal Al-Motaheda General Contracting was founded in Basra in 2006. We began with rural roads across the governorate's districts, grew into public facilities and oilfield works, and on to the Basra International Airport development programme.
We work for two sectors: government bodies in Basra governorate, and the international companies operating in its oilfields. Each has its own requirements for safety, quality and documentation, and we meet them on site before we meet them on paper.

To be the Iraqi contractor trusted with the south's demanding projects.
We deliver infrastructure and oilfield works to clear quality, safety and environmental standards, and we hand over what we commit to.
Each commitment below is backed by a certificate or a client who came back.
Our occupational health and safety management system is certified to ISO 45001:2018.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for contracting and construction services.
Our environmental management system is certified to ISO 14001:2015, and our work includes a 730,000 m² reserve and green belts around Basra's airport.
